📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, not all items are returnable. Please see below:

Returnable Items:

Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty):

  • Perishable food items (e.g., spices, dried fish, nuts)

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

📝 How to Request a Return

  2. Provide:

    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will guide you on the next steps and issue a return authorisation if eligible.

💷 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
  • If the issue was our error, we will also refund any return shipping costs.

📬 Exchanges

Need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item? We’ll send it out at no extra cost once we confirm the issue.
